6:45 am Biggsville pickup at Country Fun
7:00 am Monmouth pickkup at County Market
7:30 am Galesburg pickup at Lowes on Henderson
9:00 am Half hour rest stop-LaSalle/Peru McDonalds Exit 75 off I-80
12:00 pm Arrive NAVY PIER for the Flower & Garden Show
Lunch on own
5:00 pm Leave Navy Pier
6:00 pm Arrive for Dinner stop-on own for one hour. Joliet Exit 257 off I-55 Old Country Buffet, Applebees, Steakhouse and fast food
7:00 pm Leave Dinner location
9:50 pm Biggsville
10:00 pm Monmouth
10:30 pm Galesburg
11:30 pm Burlington

Price Per Person

  • Without insurance, per person rate: $89.00
  • with insurance, per person rate: $102.00

Payment Due Dates

  • $25.00 is due within one week after sign up.
  • Full amount (non-refundable) is due by February 7, 2010.

Refund Dates

  • No refund after February 7, 2010.

Notices

Due to circumstances beyond the control of Trailways Tours, itineraries may change without notice.

We will not be sending the tickets to you. You will receive them on the bus.

Departure and arrival times are at the discretion of the driver and the escort.

We have assigned seating. Seating chart is arranged in order of first payment date. We start at the front of the bus and work toward the back. If you would like to sit in the front you must make your deposit early. Please let us know if you would like to be seated with anyone else going on the tour.

NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED

No Reservations accepted after final payment date.

NO SEAT IS GUARANTEED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED

Insurance on trips is non-refundable

INSURANCE POLICY: To Cover pre-existing medical conditions, Deluxe Travel Insurance MUST be purchased within SEVEN days of FIRST deposit. Please let us know immediately if you do not want this insurance. Insurance CAN NOT be purchased AFTER FINAL payment. INSURANCE PREMIUMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Change on pick up location is allowed up to two weeks prior to departure.
