8:00 am Leave Moline, IL- South Park Mall in OFFICE MAX parking lot
8:30 am Breakfast Break - on own
Princeton, IL McDonalds or Burger King
11:15 am Chicago, IL-downtown
Drop off group at Macy's-lunch on own
some will walk to theater and some ride coach
1:15 pm Pick up at Macy's and ride to Oriental theater
2:00 pm BILLY ELLIOTT shows begins-Lower Balcony seats
4:15 pm Approximate leave time-(will leave after show)
6:00 pm LaSalle/Peru exit 75 off I-80
dinner stop on own, Taco Bell & McDonalds
7:00 pm Leave LaSalle
8:00 pm Return to Moline
8:30 pm return to Davenport
9:15 pm Return to Muscatine
10:15 pm Return to Burlington

Payment Due Dates

  • $25.00 (non-refundable) is due within one week after sign up.
  • Full amount (non-refundable) is due by March 29, 2010.

Refund Dates

  • No refunds after March 29, 2010.

Notices

We will not be sending the tickets to you. You will receive them on the bus.

Departure and arrival times are at the discretion of the driver and the escort.

All payments not received 1 month prior to leaving date must be cash, certified check or credit card.

We have assigned seating. Seating chart is arranged in order of first payment date. We start at the front of the bus and work toward the back. If you would like to sit in the front you must make your deposit early. Please let us know if you would like to be seated with anyone else going on the tour.

NO SEAT IS GUARANTEED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED

Insurance on trips is non-refundable

INSURANCE POLICY: To Cover pre-existing medical conditions, Deluxe Travel Insurance MUST be purchased within SEVEN days of FIRST deposit. Please let us know immediately if you do not want this insurance. Insurance CAN NOT be purchased AFTER FINAL payment. INSURANCE PREMIUMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
