5:30 pm NNS Driver/Crew Chief Meeting (Victory Lane Building)
5:40 pm NSCS Qualifying (Two Laps - All Positions) followed by Exhibition Run
8:00 pm NNS Start of the Food City 250 (250 Laps, 133.24 Miles)

Day 4: Saturday, August 21, 2010

8:00 am Breakfast at hotel (approximate time)
LEAVE FOR IRWIN TOOLS SPRINT CUP RACES & HOSPITALITY TENT-

Hospitality Village-registration begins at Noon.

Payment Due Dates

  • $150.00 is due within one week after sign up.
  • $100.00 is due by April 9, 2010.
  • $75.00 is due by May 1, 2010.
  • $100.00 (non-refundable) is due by June 1, 2010.

Refund Dates

  • No refunds after June 1, 2010.

Due to circumstances beyond the control of Trailways Tours, itineraries may change without notice.

If you have an e-mail address please provide it to us for future updates.

We will not be sending the tickets to you. You will receive them on the bus.

Departure and arrival times are at the discretion of the driver and the escort.

All payments not received 1 month prior to leaving date must be cash, certified check or credit card.

We have assigned seating. Seating chart is arranged in order of first payment date. We start at the front of the bus and work toward the back. If you would like to sit in the front you must make your deposit early. Please let us know if you would like to be seated with anyone else going on the tour.

Insurance on trips is non-refundable

INSURANCE POLICY: To Cover pre-existing medical conditions, Deluxe Travel Insurance MUST be purchased within SEVEN days of FIRST deposit. Please let us know immediately if you do not want this insurance. Insurance CAN NOT be purchased AFTER FINAL payment. INSURANCE PREMIUMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Change on pick up location is allowed up to two weeks prior to departure.
