8:15 am Muscatine-Holiday Inn
9:00 am Moline, IL-South Park Mall Office Max parking lot
9:30 am Davenport, IA-Clarion Hotel 5202 N Brady Road (NE corner on Brady side)
12:00 pm 1 hour lunch stop - on own en route.

2:00 pm Arrive hotel
RADISSON HOTEL MILWAUKEE WEST

2:30 pm Leave Radisson for Miller Brewery Tour
BASED ON AVAILABILITY. They only allow reservations from M-F. So we have to call about an hour out to see if they have any tours or seats available to attend the Tour.
2:45 pm Miller Brewery Tour-If available.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is a lot of walking and stairs at the Brewery.
If tour is not available we will go to GILLES FROZEN CUSTARD for a treat-on own
4:30 pm Board coach and leave for Miller Park
6:10 pm Game Time
9:30 pm return to hotel after game

Day 2: Sunday, September 12, 2010

9:30 am Have breakfast, check out of hotel and board coach to leave for the opening of the Art Museum. (Photo opportunity)
10:00 am Arrive for the opening of the Milwaukee Art Museum-we will not be touring here. This is a short stop to view the opening of the wings in the museum...feel free to get coffee, use restroom or take photo's
10:15 am Leave Museum
10:30 am Arrive Pabst Mansion to tour-1 hour
11:30 am Board & leave the Mansion to go to Harley Davidson Museum.
12:00 pm Arrive at HARLEY DAVIDSON MUSEUM. Self-guided tour
Lunch on own (food court at Museum)
2:00 pm Leaving Museum
there will be a 1 hour meal stop on the way home. The location has not yet been determined.
6:15 pm Arrive Davenport
6:45 pm Return to Moline
7:30 pm Return to Muscatine
8:30 pm Return to Burlington

    Opening of the Art Museum-only staying for 15 minutes to see the opening of the museum. Bring your camera!!!

Payment Due Dates

  • $50.00 (non-refundable) is due within one week after sign up.

  • No refunds after August 1, 2010.

Due to circumstances beyond the control of Trailways Tours, itineraries may change without notice.

If you have an e-mail address please provide it to us for future updates.

We will not be sending the tickets to you. You will receive them on the bus.

Departure and arrival times are at the discretion of the driver and the escort.

All payments not received 1 month prior to leaving date must be cash, certified check or credit card.

We have assigned seating. Seating chart is arranged in order of first payment date. We start at the front of the bus and work toward the back. If you would like to sit in the front you must make your deposit early. Please let us know if you would like to be seated with anyone else going on the tour.

NO SEAT IS GUARANTEED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED

$20.00 Fee for Insufficient funds

INSURANCE POLICY: To Cover pre-existing medical conditions, Deluxe Travel Insurance MUST be purchased within SEVEN days of FIRST deposit. Please let us know immediately if you do not want this insurance. Insurance CAN NOT be purchased AFTER FINAL payment. INSURANCE PREMIUMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
