12:00 pm from Noon-6:30 pm: AMISH ACRES Guided tours, documentary films, wagon ride and HAYSTACK lunch plus BROADWAY MUSICAL MATINEE, followed by family-style Threshers Dinner
6:30 pm Depart Nappanee for Middlebury
7:15 pm Arrive at hotel ESSENHAUS INN
Evening on own-Enjoy the Quilt Garden & Mural at Das Dutchman Essenhaus anytime during your visit. Free evening on the Essenhaus Grounds...take a stroll, swim in the pool, play mini-golf, go shopping until 8 pm, play cards in the common areas, or relax in your rooom.

Day 2: Friday, June 24, 2011

8:30 am Leave Middlebury for Shipshewana
8:45 am Enjoy a day shopping in downtown Shipshewana or at the Shipshewana Quilt Festival. (specific information for speaker and times will be available in March 2011)2010 Speaker Eleanor Burns.

Workshops/lectures - prices vary $5 to $100 pp-depends on which shops attended

9:30 am 2011 events are listed for the remainder of day: Shipshewana Shop Hop begins at Yoder's Department Store, optional: $5 per person.

7:30 pm Free evening on the Essenhaus grounds. Shopping at the Essenhaus Village Shops (coupons provided) until 8pm.
8:00 pm OPTIONAL: $ 8.50 PER PERSON 'QUILT MAGIC' at the 'QUILT SHOP". Hands on experience. Walk to hotel at your leisure

Day 3: Saturday, June 25, 2011

7:45 am (Check out before breakfast) until 8:15 Breakfast at the Essehaus Inn
8:15 am Meet your local guide in the lobby
8:30 am from now until 1 pm. QUILT GARDENS TOUR STEP-on-Guide. We will visit 17 unique official quilt gardens
8:30 am Leave Middlebury
Arrive in Elkhart, IN to visit Albert Beardsley home; the man who helped to create 'Alka Seltzer'
12:00 pm Estimate time-Shopping and lunch at The Old Bag Factory and Trolley Cafe'. Lunch will be a plated meal at the Trolley Cafe'
1:00 pm leaving after lunch
1/2 hour break en route
4:30 pm CENTRAL STANDARD TIME
Return to Moline
5:00 pm Davenport
5:45 pm Muscatine
6:15 pm Wapello
6:30 pm Mediapolis

Due to circumstances beyond the control of Trailways Tours, itineraries may change without notice.

We will not be sending the tickets to you. You will receive them on the bus.

Departure and arrival times are at the discretion of the driver and the escort.

All payments not received 1 month prior to leaving date must be cash, certified check or credit card.

We have assigned seating. Seating chart is arranged in order of first payment date. We start at the front of the bus and work toward the back. If you would like to sit in the front you must make your deposit early. Please let us know if you would like to be seated with anyone else going on the tour.
