Hairspray -The Musical at Fireside

Day 1: Wednesday, October 27, 2010

6:00 am Leave Davenport-Clarion Hotel 5202 N Brady Road, NE corner on Brady side
6:30 am Moline, IL-South Park in OFFICE MAX parking lot
half hour break en route
10:30 am Arrive Fort Atkinson at Fireside
11:15 am Meal included:
Garden Salad: (Elgian Endive, Romaine Lettuce, Young Spinach Leaves, sweet Corn, Hard Cooked egg, Toasted Pine nuts and Sweet Sour Dressing Garnished with Deep Fried Buttermilk Onion Strings)
Entree: Chicken Piccata - Skinless Breast of Chicken dipped in a special Egg Batter, lightly breaded, sauteed to a golden brown, glazed with a lemon Veloute Cream Sauce, garnished with tiny Caper buds and French Fried Parsley. Served with Grilled Asiago Polenta topped with marinara Sauce, Snap Peas & Carrots.
Dessert: Southern Pecan Pie garnished wtih Whipped Cream and striped with a Caramel Rum Sauce
1:30 pm Matinee show begins
Leave when show ends.
Half hour break en route
8:30 pm Return to Moline, IL
8:45 pm Return to Davenport

Payment Due Dates

  • $25.00 (non-refundable) is due within one week after sign up.

  • No refunds after September 15, 2010.

Due to circumstances beyond the control of Trailways Tours, itineraries may change without notice.

If you have an e-mail address please provide it to us for future updates.

We will not be sending the tickets to you. You will receive them on the bus.

Departure and arrival times are at the discretion of the driver and the escort.

All payments not received 1 month prior to leaving date must be cash, certified check or credit card.

We have assigned seating. Seating chart is arranged in order of first payment date. We start at the front of the bus and work toward the back. If you would like to sit in the front you must make your deposit early. Please let us know if you would like to be seated with anyone else going on the tour.

NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED

No Reservations accepted after final payment date.

NO SEAT IS GUARANTEED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED

$20.00 Fee for Insufficient funds

INSURANCE POLICY: To Cover pre-existing medical conditions, Deluxe Travel Insurance MUST be purchased within SEVEN days of FIRST deposit. Please let us know immediately if you do not want this insurance. Insurance CAN NOT be purchased AFTER FINAL payment. INSURANCE PREMIUMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations made after the seat reduction date is based on availability.
