Payment Due Dates

• Full amount (non-refundable) is due by May 28, 2008.

Refund Dates

• No Refund after May 28, 2008.

Notices

Due to circumstances beyond the control of Trailways Tours, itineraries may change without notice.

Trip cancellation insurance is available. Please call the office for more information or prices. You must buy this insurance within 7 days of deposit for pre-existing conditions to be covered. You may not purchase this insurance at all after you have made your final payment. Insurance on all trips is non-refundable.

If you have any special needs please let us know immediately.

We will not be sending the tickets to you. You will receive them on the bus.

Departure and arrival times are at the discretion of the driver and the escort.

All prices include deluxe travel insurance. If you choose to decline the insurance, we require you to sign a waiver and the cost will be deducted. Please contact the office for more details.

You MUST fill out an emergency medical form prior to leaving.

We have assigned seating. Seating chart is arranged in order of first payment date. We start at the front of the bus and work toward the back. If you would like to sit in the front you must make your deposit early. Please let us know if you would like to be seated with anyone else going on the tour.

NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED

No Reservations accepted after final payment date.

To cover pre-existing medical conditions, Deluxe Insurance must be purchased within 7 days of first deposit. Please let us know immediately if you do not want this insurance. Insurance can not be purchased after final payment.

NO SEAT IS GUARANTEED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED

Insurance on trips is non-refundable

Changes on pick up location is allowed up to two weeks prior to departure.
